We want your embroidered items to look great. That is why we recommend that we start out with new items that look crisp and clean. Why spend the time and money embroidering your logo on a shirt that's worn and stained?
Customer supplied hats must be new.

We prefer to get the garments for you from one of our vendors. That way if one of our machines decides not to cooperate and ruins one of the items, we can get a new one from our vendor. While we try our best to not damage our customer supplied items, we are not responsible for any items damaged by one of our machines.

We want you to be happy with the work that we have done for you. We will invoice you when your project is completed and we require payment at the time of pick up.

All files and information you submit to us must be accurate. Any additional costs incurred for having to make changes due to incorrect information provided is solely the customer's responsibility.
